Gemviera does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, color, size, or variation, you may return an eligible product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order for the preferred item.

Certain scarves and fashion products may not be eligible for return after they have been used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are no longer in their original condition.
